Saturday, March 31, 2018 - PnP. Light gold. Initially this is quite reduced as noted by others, with a match-stick, sulfur note. This blows off quite soon and then the nose is all about orchard fruits (peach and pear) with a hint of tropical characteristics speaking to the ripeness of it. On the palate this is quite round with lower acidity than I usually find in Littorai Chards. Ready to drink. Seems consistent with most Littorai 2015s which are bigger and riper with very low yields as compared to usual.
