Sunday, April 1, 2018 - This is the 2nd bottle I’ve been storing for some time now. It pours to a nice inky red color on rim of glass. Bouquet of red fruit (mostly cherry). Wonderful bursts of red fruit flavor. I could pick out the cherry, but there was definitely a lot more going on. Decantered for 40 mins and paired with a prime rib steak. Nice combo. In my opinion this wine is drinking very good right now, and possibly started to loose some of the richness of flavors that I got in the first bottle I had some time ago, but you gain the overall smoothness - what a trade off. Highly recommend
