Sunday, April 1, 2018 - Served as one of the red wine choices with a crown roast of pork. It became apparent to me that I served this wine too cold and that I should have decanted it. As it warmed in the glass, it opened nicely both nose and flavor wise. Martin Redmond's 11/11/14 review summarizes our experience with it once warmed and opened up.
