Saturday, April 26, 2008 - Opened and decanted for sediment, then returned to bottle and served with dinner approx 5 hours later. Soft ruby color, showing some age toward the rim. Aromas of cedar, dried herbs and potpourri, with subtle red fruit undertones. Black cherry and red fruit flavors with herb and spice box flavors. Slightly thin through the midpalate.
