This has a typical Dom nose of lemon, yeast and vanilla. Texture is creamy. Mouse is strong. This comes across as a fairly heavy vintage. Good acidity to keep it all together. Next bottle should be in 5 years but I imagine I will not have the willpower for that. Very good future ahead for this vintage.
