Saturday, May 17, 2008 - garnet with no hint of age. Opened beautifully from the bottle and stayed put. I found this odd, as we drank it over a 2 hour dinner and it never budged, good or bad. Noses of plums, cinnamon, cloves. Taste was the same. Very good. Drank at Bern's.
