Monday, May 21, 2018 - Medium ruby color. Pungent nose that has meaty Pinot fruit and a good dose of underbrush. Stems / medicinal. Palate shows more of the rich, meaty fruit side. Serious. Would be perfect with wild mushrooms. A perfect time to drink this wine though it should last well for another 5+ years. Can sense old vines in this one. (89)
