Saturday, May 26, 2018 - (Disgorged in May 2017, 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay)
Light yellow colour with a greenish hue. Classic youthful nose showing fresh baked bread, citrus and minerals. Fresh acidity with a creamy citrus notes on the palate and a bit short finish driven by lemon acidity. Easy drinking champagne working very well as an aperitif in the warm sun, should evolve nicely with an extra decade of cellaring to bring out coffee and toasty notes. Best 2017-2032.
