Wednesday, June 6, 2018 - Audozed for 3 hours. Pours a medium straw color in the glass. Nose and palate are expressive showing ripe/tart pineapple, bitter lemon, sweet red apples, vanilla and cloves, and a very distinct saline note that is at once chalky and creamy. Midpalate is very racy with bright acids and a sweet rush of pineapple gummy bears. Finish is medium with good spice, minerals and acid. It keeps driving at the end cutting through a fatty cheese board and delivering the goods for $11. Great QPR.
