Wednesday, May 21, 2008 - I was actually surprised by this one. You get several wines during the year from Rubicon Estate that can be a bit sketchy. Its the price you pay more or less for getting some of thier other great wines. But this one was excellent. It had a nose of dark chocolate and dried cranberries, with a hiint of spice, bold ripe fruit, and minerals on the palate. Nice finish
