Well, this was the class over the Champagne today. Such an elegant and polished rose, this drinks exactly like I'd make it myself. Featherweight but with so much depth and energy, this has great acid and lift, pretty red fruits, yeast, chamomile, red berries, beeswax; delightfully tart and crisp with some tart green melon on the back end. So, so good.
