Wednesday, July 4, 2018 - Pnp. Pours a beautiful coppery pale red in the glass. Fine perlage and creamy mousse. Nose and palate are quite refined showing cherry, peach, rosy florals, rich yeasted pastry, slight bit of toast, and persistent flinty minerals. Midpalate was rich and creamy with persistent red fruits and minerals playing off the yeasty notes. Great acid and structure keeps this very focused and on point over 3 hours. Medium (+) finish is moderately complex and very pleasurable. A lovely wine and one with a great sense of place.
