Friday, July 13, 2018 - Once again this wine is performing really well. Decanted for about 90 minutes and similar to last time - this tastes very Northern Rhone in style. Lots of black olive tapenade and grilled meats here - just very savory with dark fruit and spices - really aging beautifully!
