Monday, July 16, 2018 - We waited far too long to open this, but better late than never; still drinkable but is probably less enjoyable than it once was; alcohol 13.2%, #0272 out of 3,600 bottles produced; we received it on 10/22/2008, apparently available only through the Rubicon wine club; amber yellow, fast legs, nose of minerals, lychee, not vinturied, tasted at ca 15 degrees C; distinct notes of pineapple plus minerals, earth; medium finish; pair with fish with less oil like Alaskan halibut
