Thursday, October 12, 2017 - Very floral nose, with white flowers and herbs like dill. A lot of fruit too, like citrus fruit and stonefruit. Apricot, lemon, lime, peach, green apple, melon, pineapple, and honeysuckle. Lovely ripeness to it too, and very well balanced. Sweetness, but a good acidic backbone. Beautiful
