Fun aromas. But a bit to the old side. Aromas still available of red cherries, raspberries and brambles. The rest is a bit like tar, tobacco and cooked fruit. Palate has medium soft tannins and medium + acidity. Light body and that made me think that this was a bit to the older side. The mouthfeel is lovely, and has a medium + finish. Quality that I do expect from Jaffelin, only drink this younger

Amazing stuff! Dark fruit aromas, as well as ripe black fruit. Outside of this some oak influences, cedar, cinnamon, cloves, toast, vanilla and the typical black pepper. Palate is full in body, medium + tannins and medium acidity. Very well balanced and so very beautiful!
The very oldest Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc I've ever had that was actually still good to drink! Outstanding aromas of ripe stone fruit, melon, mango, pineapple, elderflower, goosberries, little bit of bell pepper(but in the background). Pronounced aromas, and this jumped out of the glass when I poured it. High acidity! medium body and fruitiness that makes it so good. Long finish lingers on and makes my mouth water. Wow
