Monday, July 30, 2018 - 13.5% alcohol, from Ribeauville, Alsace; imported by Esprit du Vin, Boca Raton, FL; composite cork, light foil; fast legs, light crystalline yellow; tasted at ca 14 degrees C, nose is a fresh tartness; taste of metal, earth; but there is something in the background that is not so good -- perhaps a minerality; the finish is short
