Tuesday, August 7, 2018 - This has aged beautifully. Decanted over cocktails and drank over two hours. Silky tannins. It evolved nicely, starting with gentle balance and putting on weight over dinner. A little of that gorgeous To-Kalon fruit was left and the finish was very long throughout, picking up notes of chocolate and leather over time. I would be curious to compare this with how it drank in its youth but it's drinking very well now and I don't imagine it will get any better.
