Monday, August 6, 2018 - Great showing - this was slow-oxed for a couple of hours, and it's drinking beautifully. The aromatics are absolutely spectacular - an array of intense spiciness with some high toned floral and stemmy notes, and a core of rich dark berried fruit beneath with more savoury earthy notes emerging with air. Powerful, yet remarkably elegant and graceful on the palate, with a finish that resonates a while.
