Thursday, August 23, 2018 - Imagine my surprise when I found this bottle, forgotten in the back of my cellar, and thought it couldn't possible still be good. But it was. Properly cellared since release, it was an enjoyable American sparkling wine. Still a crowd pleaser but not for the true French champagne lovers either.
