Sunday, August 26, 2018 - During a Matter of Taste walkabout tasting, so only brief impressions. Very good quality, refined and complex (dried fruit, nutty, orange peel), not too oxidative, stays fresh on the palate despite age and weight. I can see the bar trend now why mixing this with Tonic can rival a good Gin Tonic. Also, with aged soft cheese this is surely sublime.
