Saturday, September 1, 2018 - I have to begrudgingly say that I like this wine, despite its Lodi origins, high alcohol, overt fruitiness, low acidity, slight sweetness and gaudy label. That said, it's quite well made, and I found myself taking more than one glass. I have to give credit to Michael David for taking their Lodi-originated wines to the national scene with brilliant marketing, intriguing product names and eye-catching labels. Kudos to them.
