Saturday, September 8, 2018 - Disgorged 04/17. Quite young with lots of potential.
Nutty aromas with green apples, lemon zest, Mineral laced and laserlike precision. Developed more body over the course of the menu.
I would keep it after disgorgement for at least 3-5 years and I would guess it could develop into greatness.
