Saturday, September 22, 2018 - Fairly intense raisin/dried Mission fig, sweet, but surprisingly fresh and lively, lifted and balanced by terrific acidity. An impressively cohesive mass, with underlying depth, difficult to describe, but overall just very tasty. Thanks Elliot!
