Wednesday, October 3, 2018 - Excellent young VT. Nose is a bit muted at this point, a little minerality and red fruits, new leather. On the palate the wine is medium to full bodied, very ripe yet completely fresh with flavors of red fruits, minerals/slate and an almost orange peel note. Great palate presence, decent length with some noticeable tannins and vibrant acidity. Should be very good in 4-5 years, last for 20.
