Saturday, October 20, 2018 - The Papies 25th Anniversary Dinner & 1993 Vintage Horizontal (Hide, London): A perfect aperitif at this stage and worked superbly well as a welcome Champagne.
The nose is not very giving but the palate more than makes up for it. Laser like focus, mineral, young and full of energy. Elegant and just delicious. Outclassed the Cristal 2009 ( Papie 91) easily. 93
