Wednesday, October 24, 2018 - A Good Tuesday: Great balance of yeasty-bready favors, acidity and fruit. Expansive. Rather rich, it shows upfront sweetness and ripe fruit. Really energetic and powerful on the palate right now. Very nice. Even better in a few years.
