Sunday, November 4, 2018 - Just Purchased a case of the 2014 and opened a bottle to try. Upon opening it was very tight and needed decanting. Tried after one hour and saw a big difference. At hour two it was even better. Probably could of used another hour but the Pasta Bolognese wasn't going to wait. It was so enjoyable to drink. Will definitely be a wine that will be great with time.
