Sunday, November 11, 2018 - Catching up with Axel (Freds, Oxford Street, Sydney): From Coravin. Caramel, cream, slight vanilla, muscovado sugar, apricot jam. Juicy, fleshy, fresh, slight candied apricot and a touch of orange marmalade but, overall, this is a little flat for me compared to previous tastings.
