Saturday, June 21, 2008 - Gold tinged and viscous. Clean and pure nose of lemon candy with no musty undertones or funky overtones. Perfect balance with excellent tension between sweet and tart which typical of the vintage. Liquorous with excellent weight and mouth feel. Citrus flavors of lemon gaining complexity with orange peel. Smooth as silk on the palate but and etching sensation in the throat. Fabulous clean eiswein that is aging beautifully.
