Saturday, December 1, 2018 - Deep, rich, exuberant and slightly funky nose with hints of fruit pastille. Really good weight in the mouth; there's a concentration that could be 1er cru level. Very good length; just a smidgen of grip on the finish. This is a rather opulent wine for a villages; not lean or austere, just bags of sweet fruit. As you can probably tell, I'm impressed. Went very well with pasta with a veal and porcini mushroom sauce.
