Friday, June 29, 2018 - Opened and let it breath for 2 hours. I was expecting a super tannic, concentrated Priorat but instead this 07 is surprisingly open for business and, that's the best, with a subtle, rounded and elegant palate that carries a perfect balance between sweet, resolved tannins and acidity. Wonderful.
