Thursday, December 6, 2018 - This Sancerre has good minerality, but it doesn't have as much lemon or lime citrus as I had hoped for, rather, the nose and palate are more dominated by light grapefruit. We're finding it harder and harder to find Sancerres that don't taste like New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs.
