Tuesday, December 11, 2018 - Great bouquet, red and blue fruits, spices. Pop’n’pour in a restaurant, at room temperature. Very pleasant, very 2009 initially, pushed to the limit but right before the limit to be excellent with blood orange, sweetness, roundness, balance. Like Barolos served this way around that age, the tannins started to show some bite after a while, but in a finer way, before they then moved to develop a satin-like sweetness, bringing the wine to another (higher) level.
