Wednesday, December 26, 2018 - Valdez is not readily available back east so I pick it up whenever I see it. Always reliable, always a good Zin. Fruity without being jammy, the spice notes you expect from Zin, nice structure and medium finish. A bit hot initially, settles down after an hour or so. Decanting helps.
