Saturday, August 11, 2018 - A friend and I tasted this at the Seattle tasting room on 8/11/18. It had a rich, balanced bouquet of black cherry, earth, mocha, cocoa, leather and spice aromas. The palate was rich and round with flavors of black cherry, mocha, cocoa, leather, spice and minerals.
