Monday, December 31, 2018 - Gave a quick decent before eating with korean bbq

Wine was quite closed even after the decant. Had a dusty tannicness to it that I usually associate with Pomerol. (Although the fruit was clearly Sangiovese). Wine opened well with time although I fret that we finished the bottle well before its peak. Beautiful classic well aged brunello.
