Monday, December 31, 2018 - Best on the second day, without food, and drunk out of Zalto universal glasses which seem to fit well. Brioche, grapefruit and dust. Rich but sharp, it is attractive and bitter at once. Quite dry. Holds very well. Will perhaps improve?
