Saturday, July 5, 2008 - Tried Eddie LeClerc's technique of decanting and aerating. The wine picked up weight, and it mineral pineapple flavors emerged. At this junctuure doen't drink as well as the Pur Sang, but time will tell. I'll wait a 2 years before trying again.
