Friday, January 11, 2019 - From a 6L methuselah, #19 of 20 made! Opened and left to slow ox for 12 hours before serving from decanter with remainder served at lunch the following day. Youthful, dark colour. Deep, dark, rich nose and palate. Clearly, very young but by no means unpleasant even in this format! Unsurprisingly. quite a bit more relaxed on day 2 though.
