Thursday, January 17, 2019 - Another great Kanonkop effort here. Nice brightness and acidity. Medium low intensity. Nice dark fruit- prunes, blackberries, blueberries. Good creaminess from the oak- the 25% old oak adds some leather/tobacco to the nose. Drank well with Thai food.
