Tuesday, January 22, 2019 - This is still good, but this bottle is lacking a bit of acidity compared to my prior; the nose is still lovely with gorgeous floral notes, peach, poached pear, jasmine, and ginger. The palate is still good, but seems a bit more fat than the prior and I think this is best consumed sooner rather than later.
