Tuesday, January 22, 2019 - Lush, dark red fruit with just a hint of oak and mineral. Flavor profile is much the same with a very light, but notable herbal element - wonderful lively acidity and bold pepper give this a long finish. High alcohol is completely subdued. Rich mid palette. Nicely done.

Can be easily paired with grilled or bbq meats.
