Tuesday, January 29, 2019 - Still drinking very well - cork was in great condition with no leakage. This was a really nice Syrah with good dark fruit and spice. Not terribly intense, but very well balanced and quite drinkable. Pairs well with braised meats, stews, etc - we had ours with beef bourgogne.
