Tuesday, January 29, 2019 - Bouchard Pere et Fils with Gilles de Larouziere (NoMad Cupola): Fragrant nose of black cherry with some licorice. A little steely and tight on the mid-palate. Smokey finish. Opened up further as the evening progressed.
