Saturday, February 2, 2019 - Pale straw in color with a consistent & steady perlage. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of green apples, pears & lemon/lime citrus overtones with some yeasty notes, floral notes & a hint of stony/minerals. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & zesty textured, ripe fruit flavors of green apples, pears & lemons/limes, some yeastiness followed by mineral notes. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present & it appears it is made for near term consumption. Quite enjoyable with a very good QPR.
