Saturday, February 2, 2019 - Pale golden pour, a floral nose of lychee and honey and the slightest of oak. The wine is slightly sweet with a medium plus body. It was a much sweeter and fuller wine that I would have thought from a Pinot Gris - the finish had a slightly off taste. This wine smells much better than it tastes. Maybe with a little time in the glass it will improve...
