Saturday, February 2, 2019 - I served this in my wine course. Some distracting VA in the nose. Behind that, honey and ripe flowers and fairly distinct smell of slightly fermented green scallion. Rich mouth. Long finish is not as complex as the nose, but is well balanced between sweet honey and searing acidity.
