Friday, February 15, 2019 - Like the 2010 Quilceda before it this took time open to mellow. Blackberry, lead, cassis, resin, and confectioners sugar. Sharp and prickly on the edges with a touch of heat. Possibly the 2010’s need 3-4 more years to mellow.
