Thursday, January 31, 2019 - Annual Coravin blitz - day one (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Ooh, fruit is far more to the fore than last tastings (when it was all about the pepper). Don't get me wrong this still has green and black peppercorns underpinning but black fruit is on top with a dollop of cream. In the mouth it's slightly sour black berry backed by peppercorns and less exciting that the nose. Hmm.
